My son graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans right after Katrina. The commencement speakers were Presidents Clinton and Bush Sr.
Clinton started off by saying Katrina was caused by global warming. He said global warming started THIS DECADE, which means it didn’t start until W got elected. It did not exist when Clinton was President.
He went on to babble that massive hurricanes would be happening all the time now.
Unless you are a big fan of ice and snow, wouldn’t receding glaciers be good news?

I live in Minneapolis. 7500 years ago it was under two miles of ice. What made it melt?
I keep using the term “Global Warming” and it drives liberals crazy, especially during cold snaps.
That’s right about the time the cavemen learned how to make fire. So obviously it was the heat from their campgrounds which melted the glaciers.

Ironically, the recent uptick in volcanic activity is suspected to be causing some lower temperatures than expected.

“Climate change” is a natural occurrence. The climate has been changing since the formation of the planet. But hey! If the freeloading commie libs can make a buck off of “climate change”, it sure beats working for a living.
