Notice how he termed this:

Never did it cross his mind, that even if he did indeed get fired for what was perceived as a protest, that a white player might have gotten the same fate for the same action? Assuming of course, that was the action that caused his release.
So many thought it led to Tebow’s release. In fact that’s a big part of what the backlash is about, in’nit? Neros doing what Whites would get canned for with impunity. That’s what it’s all about.
Agreed, I hate when people play the race card. I think a while player would be held to the same standards if not tougher ones.
