I could be wrong, but I think the Amtrak incidents are either a dead end here or are an adjunct to what we’re looking for.

Q really emphasized “RR-out” and one of the President’s tweets. I suspect it was the tweet mentioned President Reagan. Follow each of the links above to assess this path and maybe add something to it, unless it’s already been ruled out.
