Whatever happened to the ozone hole panic and the acid rain scare?
I’m still waiting for Y2K to destroy my computer.
The ozone hole was eventually determined to be a perfectly natural feature of the poles and acid rain was eventually debunked as research showed that PH in various bodies of water were impacted more by natural elements such as limestone than by airborne pollutants.
They also didn’t note that coal ash, the big thing they blamed for acid rain, is actually alkaline and not acidic.
