Just like every fad, it peaks quickly and dies out just as quick. I for one am sorry that the idiot hipsters hijacked sriracha sauce and turned everybody off to it. Whenever I tell people that I like the sauce (on certain things, not everything), I feel compelled to tell them that I just like the sauce, I’m not one those weirdos that wears T-shirts and beanies depicting it. I’m also not one of those weirdos that has to shout to the world that it’s the greatest thing since multicolored pasta in some stupid misguided effort to be cool.

I feel the same way. I’d rather dot my mayo with siracha than buy the siracha flavored ones. It was a good sauce before it became cool!
