She had asthma real bad and that contributed according to what I read previously. So sad.

She was big enough, but her size looks survivable into the 40s or 50s to me. Who knows what else was wrong with her healthwise, at least at present. (Perhaps this pic might be tasteless in context?)

Her father also died of a heart attack. It may have as much or more to do with genetics as heart disease often has a genetic component.
