Politicians world-wide are amongst the lowest common denominator of societies. That's just a sad reality. Certainly not all of them, but way too many. Don't know if they self-select based on their narcissism or corruption, or if the trappings of political power and/or the political culture corrupt them. Either way, term limits are absolutely and unequivocally essential.

I think its the narcissism, that’s a common factor between politicians, gays, actors/actresses and even sports celebrities.
