Hate to say it but such reverse suits are the only way to begin to rein in the PC crap going on.
It’s not reverse anything, either exclusive audiences are permitted in public venues, or they’re not. No picking and choosing for favored groups. No free-for-alls forced upon disfavored groups. There should be no favored and disfavored groups, it’s unconstitutional. The law is the law, for everybody.

If ‘they’ are able to say NO SMOKING — wherever — an entrepreneur should be able to invest HIS and likeminded INVESTORS money into say a SMOKERS bar or a FLIGHT a day to ??? wherever the market demands.
Watch the SHTF when they declare ONLY smokers or - give preference to smokers and let non smokers take the ‘leftovers’ if they so desire.
‘They’ did this crap with s/s marriages...New York would pass a law allowing it then sue to ‘force’ other states to recognize their right as a state to issue the license.
FINE!!! HOWEVER why do ‘OUR’ legislatures continue to allow those states to jail their constituents for driving through NY with a weapon in the vehicle?
Like the man once said....never laugh at the fool who stands up in a town council meeting and says YOU should pick up after your dog...NO MATTER WHERE HE GOES.
He/she/it will be persistent while ‘WE’ keep laughing and one day he/she/it shows up for a vote and the 10 people in town that ‘want’ it show up to vote for it — While WE are sitting home laughing and pick up the paper the next day and say WTF????
Don’t be surprised when the money from the project comes from the one who just invested in a whole lot of ‘pooper scoopers’.....
