I just picked up White Trash Cooking.

LOL! Remember reading about it on Prodigy cooking threads years ago. Sounds pretty good.

And it would look great on my coffee table!!

It’s a fun book. It reminds me of Marjorie Kinnan Rawling’s great book, Cross Creek Cookery. Anybody know what Swamp Cabbage is?

If you really want to impress people with a coffee table cookbook, there's always "Unmentionable Cuisine", although any vegans/vegetarians will be off-put, not to mention a lot of other people that were raised on US fast foods.

OTOH, I'm attempting to read the "Forme of Cury", and the intro mentions brains of parrots and peacock tongues as delicacies.
