As smart as these scientists are, they don’t know bullets actually LEAVE cases when fired. I’ve sent a lot of rounds in my day, and I’ve never seen one leave a muzzle with the case still on it.

Bad artist - taking artist license too far.

I’d be more impressed if they said it got harder than a liberal’s head when faced with facts....

This_Dude is probably right on. It’s an artist who knows what a bullet looks like from watching them put into guns on TV, but has never seen one shot into a bowling pin, for example, where it becomes obvious what’s left behind.

They don’t have diamonds in them either. The difference is I know they aren’t serious...

Looks like the artist made the error, not necessarily one of the scientists.

Is there anything that graphene atoms cannot do? My mom warned me as a young lad, "NEVER trust atoms, dear - they make up everything!

Gotta throw'm real hard!

from what I’ve seen the hard part of graphene like carbon nanotubes is to produce it in bulk.

Got to wonder at the idea of using something hard as a diamond which shatters when hit...........

That’s probably so the average viewer can say, “Hey, that’s a bullet!”
I’ve never seen an oscillating electric fan or AC blowing plastic streamers to show that it’s on, but you see them in the movies and on TV all the time.
Merry Christmas!
