The individual disruptors need to be photographed, identified and posted on the internet for future reference. If anyone (potential employer, lender spouse etc) googles them in the future for a background check, these despicable activities should forever be associated with them.

Nice thought but a background check won’t catch them. But here’s a surefire way to do it.
When any potential employee comes for an interview, give him/her a preferred parking space with their name on it. A place near the front of the building, and a place clearly visible front and back by a security camera.
While the little devil is lying his way through the interview, covering up his tattoos and piercings, do a routine scan, front to back, of his car. If you see any “Obama-Biden” or “Black Lives Matter” or “Coexist” stickers, you know what to do.
