Baker possesses 47 hard disks containing data on a massive surveillance operation overseen by John Brennan and James Clapper which allegedly spied on Trump Tower and now-President Donald Trump, according to a whistleblower.
I provided to the FBI seventeen businesses of Donald Trump, including the Trump Tower, the Trump leasing programs, all of these different programs, and including Trump himself and the various family members that had been wiretapped under these programs, (Dennis) Montgomery said in the interview. There has been a wiretap on Trump for years.
Montgomery provided the proof of the surveillance program to Judge Royce Lamberth in Washington, D.C. in a videotaped deposition. Montgomery named namesspecifically John Brennan and James Clapper at that interview in December of 2015. Montgomery turned over 600 million pages of documentation.

Thanks for the ping!
Excellent summary! Thanks for the ping.
Can’t wait for the new year! I hope Barry’s days without his asterix regarding eligibility are numbered.
Make that Barry’s days without an asterisk! I read too many French cartoons (Asterix) back in the day!
Are these the some forty something hard drives examined by the two ex-NSA guys for MCSO?
Here is their report:
You can scroll through the exhibits (B,C, D, E) for e-mail exchanges between Zullo, Montgomery and MCSO deputy Brian Mackiewicz about the hard drives.

Here is more on Montgomery.
Interesting links. I had heard that Montgomery may have provided the drives to Sherriff Arpaio for analysis, since he was into national conspiracies such as the Obama birth certificate, etc. I had subsequently thought this landed credibility to his claims.
The first link appears to be an analysis by former NSA types, whose credibility on this could be fairly questioned if there is indeed something to hide. It was also uploaded by “Jack Ryan” who is likely a reference to the fictional character.
The second link seems much more legit, and references what appears to be a court document that attests that Arpaio might not have been happy with Montgomery’s claim.
Per Larry Klayman, of Judicial Watch fame, he is representing Montgomery in a new court case against the FBI, who is suspected of mass corruption at the moment, so that is where my initial loyalty would lie. However, I have no way to knowing the truth yet, and that is solely what I’m interested in, so I will definitely look into this further. Thanks for sharing, and if you have any more details please do post them to this relevant thread.
Klayman represented Montgomery in his defamation lawsuit against James Risen. The court granted a summary judgement and wrote an interesting and detailed opinion.
The appeals court also wrote an opinion that summarized the case.
As I understand the timeline, Montgomery sued Risen and his publisher for defamation, Risen through the discovery process wanted Montgomery to produce his software so experts could evaluate its capabilities. Montgomery refused, Risen asked the court to order him to produce it, two days before a hearing was set for the court to hear arguments about the discovery motion Montgomery turned the hard drives over to the FBI and then claimed he could not produce the software because his only copy was in the drives he gave to the FBI. Then later both he and Klayman told the court they werent sure if the software was on any of the drives.
Essentially the same thing happened in a Nevada court. In that case the CIA reportedly told the court Montgomerys software was not classified. I took that to mean it didnt work something that was at the heart of Risens chapter on Montgomery.
IMO, Montgomery is a con man.
If this is true, then so would be Larry Layman, someone I've had a large amount of respect for, and someone we are all indebted to for his fearless lawsuits against Presidents and other notables over many years that exposed government corruption.
But is Klayman's reputation so strong, that this information about his most prominent current client is being completely hidden from most everyone? Did you yourself find out only by being in Arizona?

Klayman would not be the first lawyer who represented Montgomery only to find out he was being conned.
I first learned about Montgomery when his name appeared during the Arpaio class action lawsuit.
From what I can tell the only person verifying Montgomerys claims is Montgomery himself.
But if the links you provided are correct, Klayman was advised of this a couple of years ago, more than enough time to vet him further. If this is truly the case, then the claims of Montgomery and Klayman may need to be better countered than they have been so far by the beltway media, including conservatives before they damage their own credibility. I’ll consider sending them to the author of this article, assuming you stand by them which it appears you do. Thanks again.
