According to the article, Thomas the Tank Engine is a white male. Who knew? He looks like a black, white, blue and red toy train engine to me.

“What. The. F. Is. Wrong. With. These. People?”

Its a spiritual thing. They are serving a master they don’t understand; and its not God.

Of course why are our children / grandchildren watching television in the first place instead of actual play or learning activities? Why easy babysitting !!

drawn to worlds in which identities are fixed, order trumps imagination and transgressions are met with routine punishment.

Children like stability and justice, but that's fascism!! Okay...

Where is Spike Jones when we need him? This one would be a scream!

(The Spike Jones band recorded "Der Fuhrer's Face" with no overdubbing — all in perfect tune and sync. Identify with *that*, you little Autotuned snowflakes!)

In his later years, Carlin just bashed Christians. Sorry to say.

Though I had kids who played with Thomas trains, I found the videos too boring to pay attention to. But I’ve watched more Paw Patrol than I care to admit. The dogs ‘work for’ the evil white boy, Ryder. Sheesh. He rescued these dogs. He fed and cared for them and bought them huge expensive rescue vehicles! They are DOGS, animals who love to work for humans!

If this idiot lefty writer has a dog, he is definitely pleased at how well his dogs minds him, or frustrated that his dog does not.

The Paw Patrol characters are the pets of their human and they love helping others. The children respond mostly to the saving people theme, and they love the various cool vehicles. It is true there are more male dogs than female. But the mayor (the highest status character of the show) is a woman. There are people of different races as well as dogs of different breeds.

If there is fascism in Paw Patrol, owning pets is fascism.

Thomas the Tank Engine so wants to be “A very useful engine”

Sit Toppham serves to provide the measurement and often, Thomas is a useful engine”

There is order. There is meaningful work (in a cartoon way)
and by performing meaningful work, the system thrives.

Dunno - is working for a living fascist?

Why are people (supposedly) old enough to know what a “fascist” is, or to understand racism, sexism, etc, even doing WATCHING CARTOONS anyway.

If they had a freaking JOB, they wouldn’t have the time (between protests) to sit and watch ‘toons.

Snow White is “sexist”, the Roadrunner is “cruel” to the coyote, etc...what the hell is this society devolving into.

Just look at them (and CNN for making this a “news story”) and tell them to GROW UP.

I grew up with Rat Patrol, Twelve O’Clock High and Combat. Great programs. The Rifleman was the best of all I think.
