I have always thought it strange that this has never been brought up as a contributing factor to violence....these kids are raised on a steady diet of these violent games....of course it influences their reality

Studies show that there is a reduction in violence. And our current highschool generation, which make up a large portion of gamers, has the lowest homicide rate in recorded history for that age group. Lets celebrate.

I’m worried my son has a gaming disorder. He’s recently been diagnosed with it his senior year in college.

The gaming started in college. He moved home after college. He’s just been working at Whole Foods even though he has a good degree.

He is startin to do more about it. He’s changed his diet and is working out. He also started a program at the hospital.

However, he can get very involved in his games and forget to eat or even come out of his room.
