I disagree with Rush. The swamp orchestrated the whole affair.
The swamp finally believes there is too much blow back. They will find a couple of toadies to take the blame and that is the last we will hear of it.

Excellent analysis. They migrate towards whoever has the power, so they must feel the power is finally swinging towards Trump.

Correct.
They are protecting their 30 year bipartisan plan to steal the country from the citizen by flooding it with foreigners.
Trump threatens that and that is why they hate him.
It’s an extension of how they feel about US.

2018 mid-terms coming...pick your side. Those that voted for Trump will do a 2nd time. They can be against that if they want...at their own peril.

Sorry...but that's not the Trump style

Executive Order Blocking the Property of Persons Involved in Human Rights Abuse or Corruption The White House ^ | 12/21/17 | President Donald Trump

Posted on 12/21/2017, 4:27:16 PM by Bodleian_Girl

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) (IEEPA), the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.) (NEA), the Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act (Public Law 114-328) (the “Act”), section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 (8 U.S.C. 1182(f)) (INA), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code,

I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, find that the prevalence and severity of human rights abuse and corruption that have their source, in whole or in substantial part, outside the United States, such as those committed or directed by persons listed in the Annex to this order, have reached such scope and gravity that they threaten the stability of international political and economic systems. Human rights abuse and corruption undermine the values that form an essential foundation of stable, secure, and functioning societies; have devastating impacts on individuals; weaken democratic institutions; degrade the rule of law; perpetuate violent conflicts; facilitate the activities of dangerous persons; and undermine economic markets.

The United States seeks to impose tangible and significant consequences on those who commit serious human rights abuse or engage in corruption, as well as to protect the financial system of the United States from abuse by these same persons.

And here is the tool kit to accomplish this:

(From Wikipedia)....A 2013 press release from the United States House Financial Services Committee criticized the CFPB for what was described as a "radical structure" that "is controlled by a single individual who cannot be fired for poor performance and who exercises sole control over the agency, its hiring and its budget." Moreover, the committee alleged a lack of financial transparency and a lack of accountability to Congress or the President

Looks like the CFPB is the ideal tool to deconstruct the various rouge agencies.
