This kind of announcement should not be made until after the subpoena is delivered and, preferably, the subpoenaed documents are in hand.
Publicizing that a subpoena is about to come lets the bad guys know to conduct a document scrub. Not good.
They’ve been scrubbing since the day after the election. McCabe has been requested to appear already, multiple times, but has so far refused to show citing “scheduling conflicts.” Hopefully he refuses the subpeona now, too, and if Sessions refuses to go after him, as has been reported he refused to go after Clinton people for refusing to testify, it could be the end of Sessions.
Preferably with news crews in tow and squads of Federal Marshalls to secure documents and devices.

I’m hopeful that those being subpoenaed are under good surveillance AND that this was a purposeful leak.

Congress has been asking for the documents for months. If documents are to be scrubbed chances are they already have been.

Really? Why would they scrub docs now? They have already been scrubbed. The reason Sessions won’t act is to keep the bad guys in charge. By the time these people testify, Hillary’s Grandchildren will be POTUS.

Yeah but I think they already have the documents. Clear cut evidence of these guys changing them solely to protect the Clinton criminal cabal. Someone posted them on Freep a few days ago. The first document said “There is evidence....against Hillary etc etc” Then this Peter Strzok had Comey or Comey himself changed it to “There is no evidence...”....It was a series of changes which anyone could see was made solely to help Hillary.
What I’m interested in is Jordan says “We ARE going to subpoena..” Well let’s see it happen! Every time Republicans say they are going to do something nothing ever comes of it.
