I run into elderly people who do nothing...they don't volunteer, don't get involved with the grandkids much...they complain about their aches and pains...

I really want to be one of those older persons that people really admire for my energy...

once you have your foundation set in retirement, everything is cream on the top...

Don't be so sure God always works in this manner. He doesn't. I retired from public teaching before I knew what to do next. In a circuitous manner I ended up as a missionary for four years. Sometimes it's just, "Leave." (Genesis 12)
