A decision not to prosecute is not a matter that is res judicata. No jury was empaneled, so there is no double jeopardy issue. One prosecutor can choose not to indict or charge, but a successor can make the decision to charge. What people need to be looking at is any statute of limitations that could apply. While everyone is dicking around with this congressional investigation or that, the clock is running. Indict her soon!

Hit the nail on the head! No one has any intention of Prosecuting anyone but Trump. They push the evidence from Committee to Committee. They hold Blue ribbon Panels. They hire the enemy as AG. Then after a few years, “everyone forgets”. Its old news says Hillary. Think back to Clinton ‘92 to ‘00. No one ever charged with a crime despite mountains of evidence. Nobody knew Nuffin!

Listen up, people.........the clock is running out.

The only problem might be what to indict her for.......her encyclopedia of crimes is stacked to high heaven as it is.

If you post, or even ask questions, about certain crimes by our government, you will be banned or suspended. Intellectual dishonesty is not confined to the Left.

Inside the FBI and Department of Justice under Obama was a brazen plot to do two things. To exonerate Hillary Clinton because of an animous for Donald Trump, and then if she lost to frame the incoming president for either a criminal act or impeachment.

This appears to be treason...

Are you saying that Congress with their investigations, is "ducking around", as if they have the power to indict?
