Throttling other content was illegal with Net Neutrality: it will exist now.
ComCast and AT&T will prioritize their content on their networks and degrade every other provider's unless you pay a fee to "upgrade" your service just to get back to your prior level of service.
No increase in service, just an increase in cost.
