Who the heck wants “proper sexual conduct” anyway? Victorians? Isn’t being “improper” half the fun? Why else do we call it “being naughty”?
Sure there is a line between naughty and criminal but at this point I’m suspecting this is all a plot to make westerners afraid to breed so we can be demographically replaced.
Uhhhh, I don’t think in this case this guy was exactly looking to “breed”, if you catch my drift.
