The type who wore plaid skirts and saddle shoes with Peter Pan collars is very unlikely to be a magnet for inter-racial dating in 1959 in Seattle.
The entire story is unbelievable. A fairy tale supported by a small handful of liars and an unethical press.
That fairy tale is most vulnerable with the ‘discovery’ of Anna Obama in Seattle. When Charlette Le Fevre contacted the ‘baby-sitter’ who was by then living in Alaska, Mary referred to the mother of the child as Anna. Mary didn’t name the child. Charlette did all that. It was Charlette who told Mary she babysat the baby POTUS. Mary told Charlette she babysat when her own daughter, who was born in July, 1959, was 18 months of age.
That means the episode dated from January 1961.
ANNA OBAMA listed in the Seattle directories was the same woman as was listed as a student in Honolulu as ANN S OBAMA.
