I vaguely remember the kerfuffle around that certificate. But no one has ever attempted to explain how 279 children were born between August 4 and August 5. Those certificate numbers represent BIRTHS. Human babies. Not chickens.

Made me wonder at the time, just who that certificate number actually belonged to.
Or maybe the HDOH uses a random number generator...
