He will have the power to get a copy of the original birth certificate from Hawaii and once and for all prove the former president was born in the USA . . . Being born here of American citizen parents makes one naturally an American as it is not possible to be anything else.
Natural born citizen means born here of citizen parents, solely an American with no divided loyalties or allegiances.
The term was used specifically to exclude the children of foreign nationals who would naturally have divided allegiances and loyalties.
Even Trump is not powerful enough to produce that which does not exist.
