Affidavit alleges man delivered cocaine to DA Reyna(Waco)

A Waco attorney said in a sworn affidavit that one of her clients in 2014 told an FBI agent investigating McLennan County District Attorney Abel Reyna that "he personally delivered cocaine for Reyna's use."

The affidavit from former McLennan County prosecutor Brittany Scaramucci was filed Thursday to support motions from Twin Peaks shootout bikers Jorge Daniel Salinas and Billy Jason McCree, who are asking judges to compel Reyna's office to provide evidence in the Twin Peaks cases.

Scaramucci's affidavit also alleges that Reyna arranged to have an attorney appointed special prosecutor in cases in which he recused his office "for the purposes of facilitating politically based dismissals on behalf of Reyna."

Reyna did not return phone calls to his office and cellphone Thursday. He has denied he is under federal investigation in statements on social media and has said he has no knowledge that he has ever been under investigation.

Just when you think ZimbabWaco can’t get weirder.
Oh well, at least with this charge a liver biopsy will clear Reyna.

>”he personally delivered cocaine for Reyna’s use.”

What? The quality was not good enough for a tax-paid official? What’s the beef here?

In the late 80s Vic Feazell was elected Mclennan County DA. He was honest and the power elite threw everything they had at him. He beat them and became a millionaire after the libel suits.

This shit is gonna be spun 9 ways to Sunday for 6 more years. Then some low level schmucks will get their wrist slapped and it will go into the history books next to Ludlow and Kent State. Screen cap.

Let’s see, she says that he said that he said to an fbi agent who said he was conducting an investigation.

No doubt about it. A solid case for dropping all charges.

</idiocy>

OK, this year’s award for obfuscation goes to:

“for the purposes of facilitating politically based dismissals on behalf of Reyna.”

Contest:

In the same numbers of words, or less, translate that sentence.

(Was the “facilitating” on behalf of Reyna?
Or were the “dismissals”?
Bonus question: name one activity in life that can not be construed as “facilitating.”
Sleeping, or ignoring, or taking active part in the activity.
Or leaving the country while it went on — what *doesn’t* facilitate something?
The Eskimos facilitated Hitler’s takeover of Poland, in a sense, by not opposing it, did they not?)

Two packages (bricks) of cocaine apparently taken from from two Mez'kins arrested for possession with intent to deliver go from Waco PD to DA's office.

Charges against two Mezkins dismissed "in interests of justice", Judge Johnson presiding.

One package makes it from DA's office (?) back to Waco PD (?) prior to being mentioned and accounted for on Texas Department of Public Safety (State police) crime lab paperwork.

Was only one of the two sent to the lab? Was the one we can "know" was sent, sent back to the DA's office as evidence?

What about the other one kilo? Anybody know? What was the final disposition of 2 kilos of cocaine?

Did Mighty Mouse save it up to give to Santa Claus for the reindeer? (did they get off? the flew all 'way 'round the world, man!)

Somewhat more down to earth (and nothing precisely to do with two Mezkins with two kilos of coke going free and what the hell happened??? Where the Dope Is?) the Scaramucci affidavit;

but still served up with a whiff of coke (for Reyna) Mighty Mouse?

Or...for Santa and the deers?

Rudolf with your nose so bright do you really fly all 'round the world with that sleigh, man?

Welcome to the Waco Zone!

There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to the district attorney of McLennan County. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between ballistics forensics, science, ego, corruption, and superstition, and it lies in between the pit of a man’s ego and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of the bizarre, the strange, the disillusioned. It is an area which I call the Waco Zone.

Has Mighty Mouse found a new bar to "rail" in? (or does he dare still go to the Salty Dog?)

No mentions of that bar in this link

but there's observation made it may be about time to pay the tab.
