Tom, could I get your OK to call ABC fake news because Brian Ross was suspended for lying about Trump “colluding” with the Russians when he was a candidate? Would it also be OK with you for me to call Bloomberg fake news because they just lied about Mueller subpoenaing Trump’s bank records from Deutsche Bank? Would that damage the Constitution too badly if I do that? You know, call a lie a lie? Or does special Constitutional damage happen when a news media organization lies and then gets called liars?
