I always laugh at these “Sexiest Man In The World” and “Most Beautiful Woman In The World” stories. One man’s sexy woman is another man’s scarecrow, and one woman’s sexy man is another woman’s nerd.

No kidding. The designated "sexiest" guy is usually a pretty-boy metrosexual pajama boy. No Tom Selleck.
