There’s an evacuation plan already in place. Not sure what they call it, when I was stationed in Germany it was called NEO, Noncombatant Evacuation Operation.
Its the same.
Im no longer in the Army, but friends of mine who still are and deployed to Korea are telling us state side that US Command has been urging defendants to leave for months now.
Many are speculating they how to effect it quietly and without raising international alarms
Lived for 2 years under *NEO* in the M.E.; had to have a *go* bag ready; once you got word for evac, you had 60 minutes to be ready, B4 pick-up.
I always felt sorry for families with young children.
Always grateful that it never had to be implemented.
