This looks like a job for the State Dept. Other than the Pentagon, they issue the orders to evacuate or to shelter-in-place, right? It’s not all just military people over there, and what does Homeland Security have to do with US citizens in S. Korea? I don’t trust Lindsey Graham(cracker) and why is there no mention of the State Department and Secretary Tillerson in the article?
This can’t be the first time anyone has thought about it. I know if I was there and this was looming over the news every day (for how long now?) I’d be pushing for some answers. What’s the plan? Are we on our own?
