Just got home from work-so good to see the classroom open!

I will agree with those who say
It is so appropriate for Hillary
To spend a day of quality time
Locked into a public pillory

But pleasant as that image is
There is one thing that hag
Needs to have to silence her-
And that is-of course-a gag

To stifle her screeching voice
As people throw fruit and stuff-
For once she will stay shut up
Until WE say she’s had enough

That looks like a holiday outfit for pole dancing-all it neds is a pair of sequined thong panties-I can’t imagine Nemesis-or any of the guys at work not-rolling on the ground laughing at something like that...

I’m fixing ranch-raised quail for dinner tonight-cooked in Merlot with a little butter, fresh mushrooms, baby onions, artichoke hearts and spices-and a nice fresh salad with vinagrette dressing for my side dish-yum!

My neighbor and I made a co-op trip to the butcher shop 20 miles away yesterday-loaded up my 4x4 to stock our freezers with grass fed, no chemical/drug/hormone free range meat and poultry-it is slaughtering time for small ranchers/farmers. so the meat can’t get much fresher. The quail keepers just happened to have culled their flocks for the winter. so dressed, fresh frozen birds were for sale in 1 lb. freezer bags-neither of us could resist-we bought 6 lbs and split the cost. Nemesis loves my recipe for quail and other game birds-I’ll fix some for him next week, but tonight’s feast is for me alone...

And I went down to the restaurant and sat by the fire and Christmas tree. Had Chicken Lettuce Cups and Greek Yogurt for desert. No cleanup, no cooking, great ambiance and food!

Nice to hear from you!

I showed that pic to my daughter this morning and she said.......”NO, just NO!” I can’t imagine doing that.

They add filet mignon and salman in garlic lemon sauce. Odd types of sides like edamame in soy peanut butter sauce. It’s been a hit. Folks love it.

Thank you- the dinner was delicious, too-Nemesis worked late anyway, so he will have to wait on quail......

Late to reply, but I like words that I have actually heard before and will actually use in conversation, or writing!

Indeed.

I agree that some of them are a little obscure or archaic.

“Pillory” might actually be one of those, since we no longer put transgressors in the stocks in the public square.

But, since it rhymes with “Hillary” it presents some Delicious possibilities! hahaha
