The video is from the Eighties. And Reagan is an icon of the Cold War era. It’s not a bad inclusion at all. Rather humorous actually. True, but there were a lot of anti-nuke songs (99 Luftballoons, anyone?), that basically were trying to convince us, that Reagan was going to get us Nuked.
