Why would I decree, do, enact anything? If I did, how would I be different than every other person who seeks to decree, do, enact? Isn’t there a proverb that says to do nothing is to choose? Perhaps I can quote Bartleby the scrivener; “I would prefer not to.” The maximum amount of freedom for all by not decreeing, doing, or enacting anything.

Fair comment. I was hesitant to ask ‘cause I don’t want kings and tyrants, but a lot of people fantasize “if I only were king...”

I’m not really sure what I would do myself.

Reminded of the song...

“I’d love to change the world...
...but I dont know what to do.”

Mine would probably be really tightening immigration...illegal and legal.

just wonder if you are not decreeing, doing or enacting anything, then how would you be running the world? The person running some thing has to be doing some thing other wise they are not running it and it’s just every person as they will, no one running it.
