Lol. I always remember the commercial toilets in an old bldg I worked at in the 90s...a small child/pet would not have been safe. They were awesome. Huge sound and flushed for about 5 minutes...exaggerating on the latter, of course.
A king - heck - even a God (that DOES run the world) can decree anything he wants. That doesn’t mean everyone would listen.
Although getting rid of the low-flow toilets - even the liberals might get behind (heh!) that one.
