If you ran the world, what is one thing you would decree/do/enact?
A king - heck - even a God (that DOES run the world) can decree anything he wants. That doesn’t mean everyone would listen.
Although getting rid of the low-flow toilets - even the liberals might get behind (heh!) that one.
just wonder if you are not decreeing, doing or enacting anything, then how would you be running the world? The person running some thing has to be doing some thing other wise they are not running it and it’s just every person as they will, no one running it.
I’d bar anyone from voting who could not pass a basic logic test.

I ran into two leftists yesterday. They were mad at the electorial college, and the electrical college. I said, you mean the electoral college? It was at that point I realized that some people really need to have their voting rights taken away.
I would totally outlaw breast implants.
I would start with if you don’t pay taxes (Federal,or state) you have no right to vote. Voter ID. Both would go a long way to honest elections.
I would decree that all people must get on their knees each morning and ask for God’s blessing for the day.
I would completely dismantle the government, returning to the prime point of governance as established right after the American Revolution.

No more immigration for 50 yeas and a 30% import tariff. I’d also repeal the 16th and 17th amendments then I would and then quit.

I know you meant this tongue in cheek but, some are very offended by vanity posts. In the old days there were view counters on every post and I would bet many vanities are read as widely as the breaking news posts. I kinda miss the "view" counters. It's interesting to see what people find interesting.

Oh, and everyone who ever voted for a Democrat Presidential candidate (in particular Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, and John Kerry), must kiss my @$$ at every available opportunity, which I will gladly make plentiful. Of course since I used up my one rule, that last one is kind of wishful thinking.

All you have to do is outlaw taxes. If government wants money for something, let it sell bonds.
Term limits for any elected office.
I’m not certain anyone is really qualified to run anything.
I wouldn’t want to be thrust into that position,but if I were,I guess the first thing to do would be to pray for wisdom to do the right thing.
