“Stepping down” is meaningless. He will still be worth $340 million and will still be a free man.
He raped a woman. He should be charged criminally and convicted and sent to prison. His net worth should be radically diminished by civil suits on behalf of the victim(s).
That is what we call “consequences”. Stepping down from a made-up job in a company you own is nothing.
