Good point, as were the Arkansas state police etc.

I’m no lawyer but I know the definition of “conspiracy”,
“where one or more members of the conspiracy committed illegal acts to further the conspiracy’s goals, all members of the conspiracy may be held accountable for those acts.”

So let’s start charging some of these “enablers” as co-conspirators and see how the tongues start flapping once they are under the hot lamps and hooked up to the polygraph.

And I’ll bet it’s a safe bet that Matt Lauer didn’t wire up an electrically-actuated lock on his office door all by himself - and we now hear for everyone except his direct bosses that his behavior was common knowledge at NBC. Maybe some of those who were in a position to know should be sweated a bit to see just how good their memories are after they are charged as co-conspirators to commit rape.
