This is why my kids were not allowed to have a computer in their room.
They have access to them at school, library, and on their phones.
You as a parent must watch them like a hawk because predators are out like never before.

Under no circumstances should they then have a cell phone. They no longer NEED a computer, the cell phones are portable, go anywhere, do anything devices.
She met him on Snapchat ... so probably used a cell phone instead of a computer.
I keep constant vigil (but probably should do more) on my kids' phone use and share these types of stories with them. Will share this one too.
Same here. Plus, they didn’t own cellphones and used ours when they went out and about.

Nice...same with phones, I assume. I was certainly that way, and the results show for it. I can see NO REASON why a kid needs anything more than a cheap cell phone, and then only on occasions.
