This is a symptom of large intestinal worms. Newly discovered worms called Grandis Magnus worm cause significant nose bleeds. The only way surgeons have to treat this is to lay the patient down on their stomach, prop open their mouth and put out a piece of raw meat in front of the open mouth. When the worm exits the mouth, the surgeon has to grab it and literally pull it out of the patient.
Couldn’t we just throw her in the river and use her for bait?
