I’ve been thinking about sexual politics on college campuses. With the so called “rape culture” and the demands for “safe spaces”.

Well you know.....for decades there were safe spaces on campus where women could be free from the unwanted attention and opinions of men.....they were called WOMEN’S DORMS.

The Social Justice Warriors demand that those in authority better monitor relations between male and female students to ensure that women aren’t taken sexual advantage of....guess what? For generations there have been people whose job has been exactly that....they were called CHAPERONES!

The SJWs say men should be taught not to rape. That’s funny...I seem to remember that there was a philosophy of male behavior which did just that...this philosophy was dominant in Western Civilization for a 1000 years up until the last 50 or so and it taught men to see women as objects of love rather than lust....it was called CHIVALRY!

But now that the “progressives” have torn all that down they look around and are SHOCKED!...SHOCKED! I SAY! at the consequences...

....idiots....

Funny thing: I lived in the dorms for two years. The first year, I was on a woman’s floor. There was a male floor upstairs. Our floor had the coolest girls and theirs had the coolest guys and you know what happened, lots of hookups. The second year, the floors were coed. On our floor, we were all friends. It was like a kibbutz in that way: almost no hookups on our floor between the girls and guys. We even “showered together” (we all wore bathrobes into the individual shower stalls). It was like siblings. We even found the phenomenon interesting at the time.
