The enthusiasm and loyalty expressed in your post is a yuge part of what makes collegiate athletics such fun .. and may it always remain so !

Thanks to all who contributed to the thread.
Really, the 'shocking' referred to re this AU-UA upset (to a BigTen fella) was that almost an hour had gone by and no one had posted a thread about it .. egads !

Yesterday was a very rare three game day for me, and I konked out about 22:30.
So if any replies were neglected, it was due to fatigue rather than rudeness.

Anyway, sure hope next Saturday gets here quick !

One of those rare times when everyone’s (the sports fans) are too busy actually watching.

By the way, my daughter wanted her friend to come over and watch the game with her, and I got stuck having to go get her to bring over minutes before the kick off—in fact, we listened to the coin flip on the car radio.

I live about 25 miles East of Auburn, Alabama.

Not a car on the road. Made it home in record time!

I agree...College Football is wonderful, except for debacles like yesterday, lol. Luckily, those days don’t happen very often:)

I would hate to be on the Playoff Committee. They have their work cut out for them because there are really no dominant teams in CFB this year.

Before today, I was predicting an OSU victory over Wisconsin, but now I don’t know. Today’s nuclear meltdown in Knoxville over UT hiring the OSU Defensive Coordinator, Greg Schiano, may prove to be a huge distraction for the Buckeyes, despite the fact that UT backed out of the deal.

I’ll say this: The UT- Schiano debacle has proven to be glorious:)
