The NFL already has insufficient talent to field the number of teams they currently have. As yourself "how many legitimate starting QB's are there among the 32 teams?" 16? 20 maybe? What if you're 1 of the unfortunate dozen or so teams without a true starter and have no real prospects of ever getting one?
