The factor that made me discount the report was the claim that they’d all arrived via OV-22 Osprey Tilt-rotor, and I just can’t see any reason WHY they would have to do it that way.

Osprey is way faster than a vehicle. Top speed 350 MPH.
Because road traffic in the area really, REALLY sucks.
Do you think any vehicle gets anywhere near Langley without being clocked multiple times by vehicular surveillance, foot surveillance, OPs, and cameras?
Do you think any sort of convoy wouldn’t attract immediate attention? I am not even a pro, but I know if you wanted to hit Langley you would have to do it by air.
