We have a guy that lives in the marina that pumps our black water. Give him a call and he’ll come out for $10. Grey water goes in the ocean. We have a 100 gallon fresh water tank that I fill with a hose. The marine bbq uses those tiny propane tanks you can buy anywhere. So I’m pretty self sufficient and have the ocean as my backyard. Pretty nice. I have noisy neighbors though.....sea lions, blue herons, and seagulls. 😂
