The characters are perfect dims too, socially retarded misfits that are overwhelmed about how smart they are compared to the common folk.
Thankfully, the cast hasn’t brought in too much of their real personalities. Sheldon isn’t gay and neither is Leonard’s ex, Leslie Winkle. Sadly, frumpy Amy is just as frumpy in real life.
