I’m a creature of habit, especially as concerning foods, so if something doesn’t taste like whatever it’s supposed to be imitating, I’m usually disappointed. However, comment sections on some of the keto sites, often rave about the deliciousness of the recipes. If you can eat gluten, here is a really good recipe for low carb bread:

I made this, using plain old wheat flour where it asks for wheat pastry flour, and ground up oatmeal into oat flour with my immersion blender. The wheat gluten I ordered from Amazon (Anthony’s brand) -— much cheaper than buying it at the grocery store. If you cannot tolerate gluten, there are several sites with breads made with almond flour and flax meal, etc. (I buy flax seed at aldi and grind it into meal with my immersion blender). Here’s one:

Basically, just go on the internet. One site I don’t like, is “Elana’s Pantry”. None of her recipes were fit to eat, IMHO. But maybe it’s just me. Many blessings to you!
