Sorry...it's an every other day kind of thing.

Here's the plan I've used. Time elapsed between 'fast' days and 'non-fast' days...approx. 36 hours. I substitute a lot with like-kind items to avoid menu fatigue.

Thanks. So, the every other day fasting time is what helps reset the insulin. It wouldn’t work to spread the food out evenly across the days, right?

You must weight about 100lbs if you keep that up. I am 5’5’’, 130lbs, age 65 (now i feel i am calling a health show) medium build, and with a kind of slow metabolism (get cold easily). I usually do not eat until i feel weak and need energy, and then it usually is not much, and i try to eat low fat foods, but the amount is much more than you list here.

Usually if i go more than 12 hours or so before eating I have little energy, including mentally, so i do not feel i am accomplishing much. But if it go beyond when i usually would eat it is usually for spiritual purposes, which can accomplish much. Thanks be to God.
