By now, you're aware of the bombshell affidavit written by former Chief Deputy Prosecutor Greg Davis. It lists the criminal cases that AR dismissed for his cronies and campaign contributors. It also suggests that AR may be a cokehead.

"WHAT?!"

Oddly enough, none of the official media outlets actually linked to the affidavit. Here it is. Read it carefully, because it is far more detailed (and important) than what was reported.

Thank you for the update. I have no dog in the fight, but have been following the best I can. This is a case turning out to be similar to the Duke Lacrosse Case(s) prosecutor Mike Nifong.

I wonder if the part about coke on a table in the Salty Dog, and the DA vacuuming a line off of it has any truth to it.

If I lived around there I'd be tempted take photographs of the furniture inside the joint. If anyone asked what I was doing, I'd ask loudly for the owner to point out which table the DA was using, saying "I want to make sure I get a photo of the right table DA Reyna snorted coke off of" -- "is it this one?" [click] "how about this one? [click] making sure to use a flash.

What are they going to do? Call the cops on me? I'd bet it wouldn't be Waco PD. lol (some of the officers on that force would get a kick out of it) No, they'd call the Sheriff Office where the owner of the Salty Dog and Reyna too have connections, even though the bar is inside city limits.

When Reyna started making statements early on, and repeatedly misidentified The Confederation Of Motorcycle Clubs And Independents that set off red flags.

Particularly for those of us who have attended a meeting or two over the decades.
