Pick up a Constitution and read Article 1, Section 5, Clause 2 and you will see how the Senate can kick out a member.
Clause 2. Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings, punish its Members for disorderly Behaviour, and, with the Concurrence of two thirds, expel a Member.”
It does not apply in this setting .
