How fast? Try an elapsed time of 9.65 seconds at 140 mph. Zero to 60 mph happens in a mere 2.3 seconds. The Demon is also the first production car to achieve a front-wheel lift. Its 840-hp of awesomeness.

I don’t see why anyone would need 840 hp but if they want to spend their money. But it’s no more dangerous at 168 mph than some idiot going 120 mph. If they hit you it won’t be pretty. I guess the only difference is if you’re sitting at a stop sign it would be harder to judge how far away byhe oncoming car is.
Yes
Picture of car(Tesla?) on fire, “look out it’s going to blow!” Well it already sucks....
“Uncontainable horsepower !!”
Just like the old Audi 5000s.
Or so they said.
My guess is, most of the first 3,000 will never see the highway.
They will go to a lux garage or personal display.
I wouldn’t either. But, wow. What a car.
Didn’t they have some sort of throttle sticking issues? Or was it that people were pushing the throttle instead of the brake! lol
The fastest Tesla I could find (2015 Tesla Model S P90D ‘Ludicrous Speed’ Upgrade) does 0-60 mph in 2.6 seconds, slower (if that really applies. LOL) than the Demon.
Tesla came out with a new driving mode that cuts the acceleration to 7.6 seconds, since it is too hard to handle as is for some drivers.
That’s what you get for taking a car built on Friday the 13th! J/K. Sorry your car burned. Is this a thing in some of the new ones?
G35 is nice. My wife has a Q50, the car is an animal.
Why would anyone buy an American car?
They break down and aren’t as good as Jaoanese cars.
I drove a full size pick up for 40 years.
You get used to limitations of the vehicle.
My wife now has a Prius that I love, it has about the same performance as the trucks but at a much lower cost of ownership.
Lol!
Brother in law had one when I was 16. He let me drive it a lot. White with black hood scoops and and orange stripe around the rear. 383 Cubic Inch. Smoke those tires!
flame decals...painted on???
It is America. Drive whatever you want.
I be you liked Dodge’s Panther Pink.
I always preferred their dark purple. Almost all cars are now painted boring colors. Perhaps it’s because people keep them longer.
Unlike the Olds wide push-bar brake pedal that some Americans still operated with their left feet the Audi had that weird, small brake pedal, kinda close to the gas pedal.
And these Audis had a mind of their own. No matter how hard Mom pushed on the brake pedal, the Audi kept on going, right through the garage door. This despite the fact that the little five-cylinder mill only cranked out 130 horsepower. And the top-notch four-wheel disc brake system probably could generate well over 600 g-force horsepower.

A friend owned two of them, said it was the best car he ever owned, EVER.
And that was last time I watched 60 min, EVER!!!
Total BS.
A local dealer offered $1,000 if you could make the car move, with his foot on the brake pedal.
But this one seems even more life like.
Like the flames are literally jumping off the hood.
