A woman who gets pregnant has a choice of:
A)abortion
B) having the baby and giving it up for adoption
C) Keeping the baby.
The man, if she chooses to keep the baby, has a choice of
A) Paying child support, or
B) Going to prison
Once we have a majority of textualists on the Supreme Court, this would be ripe for a constitutional challenge on "equal protection" grounds.
For the woman you left out choice #3, don't get pregnant.
And as for the man, or the baby, they currently have no say thanks to "Roe v Wade", which makes an unborn human exclusive propery of tne mother until it leaves the womb.
Why is C) Marrying her — not on the list?
Was this purely “recreational” sex that resulted in the conception of a child? Does he despise the woman so much he’d never think of marrying her and raising the child with her?
