WACO, Texas (AP) A former top assistant to a Texas district attorney whose office is prosecuting dozens of cases stemming from a deadly biker shooting says the DA dismissed unrelated criminal cases for friends and campaign donors.
The Waco Tribune-Herald reports that former McLennan County prosecutor Greg Davis made the claim in a sworn affidavit filed Friday.
Davis was first assistant to District Attorney Abel Reyna until 2014, when he resigned because he objected to preferential treatment that Davis says was given to Reyna's friends and political supporters.

Someone needs to take this corrupt DA down. Looks like it is starting.
Well Well Well, find that interesting
Is this the same Davis that was indicted for falsifying county records?
Not surprising. This time (Twin Peaks) he bit off more than he could chew plus being hung out to dry by his Fed buddies.

One and the same.
A visiting judge who was asked to review the indictment apparently agreed with Davis and granted his motion to quash it within 10 days of its issuance.

my bad . . . wrong thread!
In before (Justice For Reyna!) TG.
Look again.
Indicted? Yes. However the charges were dropped. Here you go again, implying that an indictment is a verdict of "guilty". You are nothing but a lying character assassin of the first order. You need to go back to that hole that you periodically crawl out of to spout lying drivel.
Interesting that you didn’t find this as another example of the corruption you are always talking about!
I guess your love of the motorcycle gangs leads you to reverse your stand?
BTW, you said you would never post to me again ...

Looks like he got ‘preferential treatment’ also!
